Another blindingly simple game, but also very effective.

A tornado yesterday

All you need is a 10p, whatever your chosen drink is and at least 4 people. 

You all get a beer, mixed drink, whatever, then one person takes the 10p and spins it. Before it stops you slam your hand on top of it and call out a persons name. They choose heads or tails. If they get it right they take the 10p, if they get it wrong you spin the 10p again and they have to drink while it is spinning (no allotted time, or number of drinks). They drink until you stop the 10p again and have the same choice heads or tails and same results if they get it wrong or right. Continue to fade.
